The Royal Shakespeare Company PRIDE Leadership Network

Member of The RSC’s Equity, Diversity, Justice and Inclusion Leadership steering team (Pride Network) implementing action plans and informing organisational policy integral to the wellbeing and welcome of LGBTQIA+ staff and freelancers.

Alongside driving and consulting on wider organisational policy, I lead on the production of social moments for the Network, including a 'Book' Club in which members share and discuss their favourite queer led content and stories across different media, and, in collaboration with local partners, the annual organisation of Stratford-upon-Avon Pride.
