Culture Central x People Make It Work Collective Leadership Programme

From 2023-2024 I was a member of the first Collective cohort, a unique three-year leadership programme designed by Culture Central and People Make It Work for those traditionally excluded from senior roles in the arts and cultural sector. The flagship year was the start of an ambitious, growing network of individuals who seek to create collaborative strategies and actions to see sector wide change in the West Midlands. As a member of this programme, I continue to aspire to make change for the benefit of the people and places in the region.

As a member of Culture Central's Inclusivity Network I continue to work across projects with the organisation in a consultation capacity.
